Privacy Policy

By accessing or using this website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Services.

Data We Collect

When you authenticate using Google Sign-In, we receive certain information from Google, including:

  • Email address - used to identify and authenticate your account, and to communicate with you about your account.
  • Your public Google name - used as your default display name shown to others within the Service, such as on your profile.

We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google services beyond sign-in. Google user data is used solely to authenticate your identity, create and identify your account, and display your name to others within the Service.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features of the Service; we do not use it to serve ads, conduct user profiling unrelated to the Service, or transfer it to third parties for their own use.

Other information we collect is generated by your activity on the website, including your learning history, learned vocabulary, learned grammar rules, and other learning-related activity data. This helps us track your progress and personalize your learning experience.

We do not sell your personal information, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it for any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

Cookies

We do not use cookies except for essential cookies required for security and access.

  • cf_clearance: Issued by Cloudflare when a user successfully completes a security challenge. It lets Cloudflare recognize that the user has been cleared, reducing the chance of being challenged again for a period of time.
  • g_state: Set by Google during the Sign-In flow to track the current state of the authentication process and provide anti-replay protection.

Analytics

We collect analytics data to understand how the Services are used and to improve them with the help of Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or any client-side state to collect usage metrics, while still providing essential analytics.
